This newest BMFA Rockin' Sock club yarn is so nice. Knitting with it is wonderful and I am looking forward to wearing these socks. I feel like Christmas is approaching (so soon). My Secret Pal contacted me and I've got those little butterflies of excitement in the bottom of my stomach! Yes, I'm a bit slow with the brain power and I finally noticed that my Jaywalker sock picture didn't upload. They are from Knitpicks and are soft and warm. I really enjoyed making these socks and am glad that the next one will take half as long since I won't have to knit & frog the heel 4 times! I'm off to stash dive and see if I have any more sock yarn...

Many knitting projects on the needle and one to the frog pond. It is with sadness that I frog Eris. The yarn was not right for it and maybe someday I will try it again. I've been busy knitting and knitting....I finished Rogue! Yippee. I know that this Malabrigo yarn won't wear will and pills are coming soon, but I love the soft feel of it.I'm knitting baby hats to be felted using alpaca yarn. Yum! I finally decided to take the plunge and here I am. I've been knitting Eris http://www.girlfromauntie.com/patterns/shop/eris/detail.php using Malabrigo yarn. It is lucious and I am knitting as fast as I can to finish. The pattern is not one I can knit while watching tv or with distractions around.
